Organisational behaviour :-
Organisational behaviour is related with the identification. analysis, supervision and utilising the knowledge regarding how individuals in an organisation behave individually and in a group. The main objective of organisational behaviour is to maintain healthy and sound relationships in an organisation.

Deep and proper knowledge of organisational behaviour helps managers to effectively and efficiently manage their employees, motivating them to achieve higher efficiency through a better understanding of human behaviour.

Organisational behaviour helps to understand the cause of a problem, conflict etc and it helps to control its future consequences. And it is very much needed for managerial effectiveness. As a result relations can be improved in various branches of management.
Useful in making organisational strategies :-
Organisational behaviour is also useful in making, directing and implementing the strategies of an organisation to achieve its goal in the short term as well as in the long term. And it can be done through the study of behaviour of human resources in the workplace.
Skill development :-
Appropriate skill is needed to survive and succeed in the modern competitive world. Organisational behaviour helps to improve the skills of employees and workers by communicating and motivating them.
Helpful in decision making :-
Inadequate, insufficient information leads to bad decision making. Study of organisational behaviour helps managers to make proper decisions for growth and proper functioning of an organisation.

Attitude and behaviour :-
Attitudes are predisposed feelings towards people, places and things. On the other hand behaviours are actions in response to beliefs and it is a conscious process.Altitude and behaviour are related to each other. Behaviour influence attitude and attitude also has an impact on behaviour.
Attitude influences behaviours :-
Attitudes can positively or negatively affect a person’s behaviour. A person having a positive attitude towards work can influence the positive atmosphere around them as well as shown positivity in the work place. In the same way, a person who displays a negative attitude will behave accordingly. Our attitude can shape our behaviour by guiding our actions and decisions. Attitude provides perception of information about some things and we do accordingly. Attitude guides our actions, influences the choice, shapes our perceptions and it reflects in our behaviour. So, a proper and positive attitude is needed about anything because it influences our behaviour. Our thoughts, emotions etc are playing a vital role in our attitude, so, staying in a positive environment, Speaking, observing positively can have a good and a positive impact on our attitude.
Behaviour influences attitude :-
In simple words, behaviour is an expression of one’s attitude, beliefs, perceptions etc. Behaviour is a final action, so it also impacts our attitude.Positive behaviour will lead to a positive attitude and similarly negative behaviour does the same in a negative way. Behaviour shapes our beliefs, values, perceptions etc. and these perceptions reflect on one’s attitude. And it will reflect in the workplace through their work.

Apart from that, some legal and ethical elements are also there in the management behavioral process.
Legal and ethical aspect in an organisational process :-
In general terms, legal and ethical obligations are distinct from each other. But in various ways, both are closely related to each other. Legal obligations are established by government authorities and are enforceable through the legal system. These are imposed by laws and regulations and failure to comply with legal obligations. As a result legal Consequences, fines, penalties or legal action can be imposed on non-compliance if these obligations.
On the other hand, values and principles guide an organisation in various decision making processes is the right era. Ethical obligations are not enforceable by law.But sometimes, there is an argument that legal and ethical obligations of a firm are the same.
To justify the point, some statements are given below :-
Sometimes it is seen that some laws and regulations are created to address some issues which are morally wrong, unfair or harmful for society. In those types of issues legal norms reflect ethical elements. So, following these rules, created on the basis of ethics are mandatory. If a firm operates its business on the basis of ethics or social obligation, then there is less chance of getting into any legal trouble.
A firm evaluates all its actions considering the broader consequences of its actions. So, it can be said that actions based on ethical elements can be helpful in preventing legal issues. Reputation and trust are very vital elements of a firm. Ethical behaviour contributes to the trustworthiness and reputation of a firm. Involving unethical practices can damage a business organisation’s reputation. It can lead to loss of customers trust, investors confidence, and shareholders support.
To sustain in a competitive market and gain long term success, maintaining ethical standards is essential.It is said that “work is worship” and “customers are regarded as God”. So, business organisations should act ethically and they should always be aware of their social values. Firms are always accountable to society and the society is related or dependent on each other not only on the basis of business purpose but their ethical values do affect society as a whole. In internal management of a firm or a business unit, every managerial chains are created the basis of legal parameter A company always follows these legal aspects with keen interest. Because it is needed for overall growth of a company.
Every person working in a business unit should be encouraged for the smooth running of a business. Complying or following all the ethical elements related to legal norms in a very ethical way may create bliss among various persons involved in business activities in that organisation. Various external elements are directly or indirectly associated with a business organisation. Various external elements are legal entities, government departments, social organisations, research organisations etc have a clase eye on each and every activities of a business unit. so, following legal obligations are needed in ethical ways as well as doing business with social values will certainly helpful in creating co-ordination between business unit and all these external elements. And this will definitely be helpful for a business.
In summary, we can conclude that though legal and ethical elements are distinct from each other, both have reflections on each other. Both are directly or indirectly connected to each other. Implementing legal aspects in an ethical way is not just an option but it is needed for the Society as well as for a business organisation.
